Yahoo! Auctions Japan (ヤフオク!), is one of the most popular online auction platforms in Japan. Launched in 1999, it allows users to buy and sell a wide variety of items through an auction-style format. 1. Customer finds an item on Yahoo auctions
If you spot an auction on Yahoo you're interested in, contact us for a quick quote. Can't find what you're looking for? We'll track it down for you.
2. Muteki will act on customers behalf to secure the item
Once we know your budget, we'll take a 30% deposit before placing a bid. If we win below your budget, the item is yours. If bidding exceeds your budget, we'll inform you, and if you choose to stop, your deposit will be refunded.
3. Seller will send the Item to our warehouse in Japan.
After winning the auction, we'll need full payment to pay the reseller. The seller will then ship your item to our warehouse in Japan.
4. Item will be checked upon arrival at our warehouse.
Upon arrival at our warehouse, we'll inspect the item to ensure it matches the description, then acquire an accurate shipping quote for you.
5. Customer will be notified of item arrival at our warehouse.
We'll notify you and provide the international shipping fees. We'll then collect the domestic shipping fee, international postage, and our commission before sending the item to you.
6. Item will arrive to Australia via Airmail or Ship Container
For airfreight, your item will be delivered to your door. For container freight, it will arrive in Melbourne for pickup at our storage facility, or we can ship it to you if you live interstate.
