Muteki Imports started with one simple idea: if we’re going to Japan all the time, why not bring the good stuff back with us?

Chris, a car enthusiast based in Melbourne, was already helping mates find parts during his trips to Japan, so turning that into something bigger just made sense. In late 2023, what started as a side hustle quickly grew into a full operation. Chris secured a warehouse in Japan and began organising regular shipments back to Australia.

Today, Muteki Imports runs its own dedicated containers out of Japan every month. Unlike other importers, we don't share container space with anyone. Every container is ours, meaning we control the process from start to finish and keep costs as competitive as possible for our customers. Each shipment is loaded with everything from rare JDM car parts to bikes, wheels, seats, aero kits, tools, and the occasional weird find.

We've built solid relationships with Japanese wreckers, suppliers, and auction platforms, and continue to grow with every shipment. Need a bumper but don't want to break the bank on shipping? No worries, we'll get it on the next container. Need it fast? We've got air freight too.
